## 1. Computation Is Property

Your hardware is yours. The cycles it executes, the memory it holds, and the data
it touches belong to you alone. Any architecture that extracts value from your
machine without your explicit, revocable consent is trespass — regardless of
what the terms of service say.

## 2. The Cloud Is Someone Else's Computer

Every byte routed through a remote data center is a byte you no longer control.
It can be subpoenaed, mined, leaked, or priced. The only durable privacy boundary
is the physical boundary of your own device.

## 3. Air Gaps Are a Feature, Not a Limitation

The GGG Sovereign Edge Daemon is engineered for Denied, Degraded, Intermittent,
and Limited (DDIL) environments by design:

- **Metabolic pacing** — admission control at microsecond precision, no network
  round-trip required.
- **Zero-copy I/O** — data moves through the organism without duplication.
- **Vectorized memory sanitation** — stale state is scrubbed in place, leaving
  no residue for forensic recovery.
- **Local inference** — models run on your silicon, against your loopback, under
  your keys.

## 4. Zero Telemetry, By Construction

We cannot sell what we never collect. The daemon contains no analytics, no
beacons, no phone-home code paths. Our business model is licenses and
partnerships — not your behavior.

## 5. Sovereignty Is a Right, Not an Enterprise Tier

The personal daemon is free for non-commercial use, forever. Individuals,
researchers, and tinkerers deserve the same containment guarantees as Fortune
500 procurement departments. Commercial licensing funds the engineering;
it never gates the fundamentals.

## 6. Prove It, Don't Promise It

Every claim in this manifesto is verifiable: read the non-commercial source,
audit the seal manifests, monitor the wire. Trust is earned in the open —
that is why the community edition ships with its license and source visible.
